Conduct Training needs analysis and develop corresponding technical training modules and programs Formulating and Implementing Annual Training Plan to continuously upgrade the competency level and skills of Accredited Staff within the Organization Liaising with suppliers and customers to support the planning scheduling and delivery of training courses Ensure the material provided by manufacturer s for training is relevant for the purpose and add value to the individual and department Manage training delivery assessment and followup Encourage an Active learning environment and attending to every individual based on their knowledge level Conducting technician knowledge and skills assessment on regular basis Maintain a thorough and up to date knowledge of products and attend training courses Maintain Training Record for all AfterSales Staff Workshop and Spare parts Conduct Operation and Maintenance trainings for Customers Submit monthly report on Training Activities Performance to Senior Management and manufacturers
