An IT Support Engineer is responsible for End-User Support, such as :

  • Delivery, Configuration of desktops, notebooks, tablets and smartphones including Installation of department and user specific applications.
  • Management of stock replenishment, getting quotations and performing Delivery coordination with all device suppliers.
  • Keeping asset lists up to date and manage device replacements based on user device lifecycle policies.
  • Perform first and second level support for all user device related incidents Including Microsoft Office and MS Outlook.
  • Testing and deployment of Windows patches and upgrades, which includes any required client integration testing.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and across a range of software applications.
  • Assisting IT Management with Document Management requirements, as instructed.
  • Performing other IT-Based duties, as instructed by IT Management.
  • Qualification & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems (Preferred)
  • ITIL
  • Minimum 3 years MS Windows / Office support.
