DohaResponsibilities : PAYROLL· Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.· Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.

  • Resolving payroll discrepancies.· Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.· Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
  • HR ADMIN· Organize and maintain personnel records.· Update internal databases (e.g. vacation leave or sick leave).· Prepare HR documents.

  • Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues.Qualifications : · BS in Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field· Proven work experience as a Payroll and Admin Officer or similar role· Hands-on experience with HRIS· Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors· Good knowledge of labor legislation· Time-management skills· Ability to handle confidential informationPreferably Indian / Filipino (Male) Location : Doha, QatarJob Type : Full-timeExperience : Payroll Management : 5 years (Required)Human Resources Management : 5 years (Required)Education : Bachelor's (Required)Location : Doha (Required)
