HRIS administration and support
Ensure that the systems are reliable, comply with the HR policiesand are fit for their purpose Provide first level support to theother HR users in their day to day use of the systems
Report and monitor bugs and their resolution by the competententity
Develop user's manual and guidelines forthe different systems
Train users in HR or otherentities to the HR systems
Administer roles, accessesand workflows in the HRIS
Super User for eTalent, MyHR,Anael payroll, Business Objects and any new systems to beimplemented HRIS project implementation
Contribute toany project of new HRIS systems by providing expertise in existingsystem and facilitating the integration with or replacement ofexisting HRIS systems
Act as superuser for any newsystem implemented in HR
Positions Databaseadministration, Job Description and Evaluation
Ensurethat each position has a job description, in liaison with the HRBusiness Partners
Advise leaders on changes oforganisational structure, in liaison with the HR Business Partners
Check the quality of the job description received andadvise the hierarchy on necessary modification Manage theEvaluation Committee agenda and prepares the information needed forevaluation
Ensure the HR Information System is updatedwith the relevant information on positions, job evaluation anddescription and movements of personnel Workforce Planning
Ensure the Workforce Planning is always up to date anddata are accurate by liaising with recruitment, operationalentities, HR Business Partner and C&P.
Ensurethe alignment between workforce planning, organization chart,headcount budget and recruitment plan for his / her perimeterReporting
Guarantee the capability of HR Division toissue accurate and immediately ready reports and dashboards Provideregular and on-demand / ad- hoc reports and dashboards for HRManagement Create and modify reports in Business Objects

In all the activity, theincumbent ensures that data are always accurate and up to date. Ifin the course of the activities, errors are encountered, theincumbent must take actions to correct them.
Continuousimprovement of data and processes is key to HR operationalexcellence.
Master or bachelor's degree inbusiness administration, preferably with Major in Human ResourcesManagement 5-8 years'
experience minimum in a HumanResources role.
English : Good communication skills andwriting skills Capacity to work in project mode, respect deadlineand deliver high quality output.
Proven capacity to train otherusers and understand / integrate / respond to their needs. Taste forinnovation and new approach.
