Position Summary The position plays a key role in supporting the communications and online marketing efforts for CPD. This role works closely with the CPD Marketing Manager to assist with all marketing efforts to raise the profile of the CPD division, building awareness about Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar (WCM-Q) events and engaging key stakeholders and audiences. Job Responsibilities
Assists in the implementation of marketing plans.
Helps drive marketing programs to help meet marketing objectives.
Assists with developing marketing material for various digital and print media, including social media posts, website display copy, brochures, posters, newsletters, flyers and special events collateral.
Assists in creating, editing and publishing content for the CPD webpage.
Schedules content publishing and promotions according to the editorial calendar.
Prepares email / event announcement campaigns and analyzes campaign performance.
Assists in creating and enhancing the campaign mailing list.
Assists in compiling monthly reports to track analytics and outcomes for web and social media efforts.
Maintains a central database of CPD events, projects and target audiences.
Coordinates and supports ongoing social media efforts.
Stays up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Assists in managing special projects and other related duties as assigned.
