Receptionists handle a variety of administrativesupport tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors,preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributingmail, and making travel plans.

Duties and Responsibilities : oReceiving guests and visitors to the office and ensure they areattended to by an Office Assistant o Receiving and connecting phonecalls o Receiving and distributing correspondence, deliveries, ande-mail o Coordinating with the drivers to ensure speedy deliveriesof documents o Keeping records of in- and outgoing documents oMaintaining the board room schedule o Ensuring the reception areaand board room is kept flawlessly presentable o Supporting theAdministration with translations, data entry, etc.

as per timepermitting o Following established policies and procedures oIntegrating into the team and contributing to a healthy workplaceculture Authorized to : o Open and close the office o Instruct theOffice Assistants as needed o Receive deliveries to theoffice
