Ooredoo Oman Family Member :
As the Manager UX and Design you will be responsible of implementation of UI / UX strategy / changes according to strategy, ensuring OO to be leading / world-
class in UI / UX resulting in best customer satisfaction score, APP and channel utilisation improvement and day to day management on UI / UX changes.
Core Responsibilities :
You will be responsible of continuously update and implement UI / UX best practices to ensure best possible customer experience, defining customer journeys, creating wireframes and customer journey guidelines for technology teams to implement, providing guideline documents for external partners working on websites and Apps, ensuring UI / UX are in line with Ooredoo brand guidelines, end responsible for UI / UX implementation which is done by vendors / IT, continuous / agile improvement process, working on beta testing and create AB testing principles, regular analysis of performance of UI / UX of digital platforms, measuring regular digital UI / UX KPI’s (CTR, DPM, etc.
The Person :
You should have a minimum of 4 years experience working on UX and design, skilled with UX tools and experience with AI, work experience in online and digital, project and program management preferred in digital / Telecom / IT environment, a clear history of portfolio and project management experience, in depth knowledge of end to end UI / UX, experience of project budget management, significant experience in project monitoring and reporting, fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic with a degree in management, marketing, economics or a closely related field.
