Andaz Doha is looking for a passionate, creative and hardworking individual who enjoys leading, and supporting the food and beverage function within this vibrant luxury lifestyle hotel.

The Restaurant General Manager / Outlet Manager is responsible for all aspects of the restaurant operations, while maintaining a profitable F&B outlet and high quality products and service levels.

  • You are expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets;
  • We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5* luxury hotel or a high volumn stand alone well extablished restaurant and displays strong traits in the following areas :

  • Preferably South African or having experience in the South African region as this restaurant would cater to a South African theme.
  • A proven track record in luxury operations as outlet manager with at least 2 years of experience
  • An instinctive eye for detail and a very keen passion for customer service
  • An inspirational, caring and engaging leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A sound pre-opening experience in luxury hotel operations is advantageous
  • Good problem solving, multi-tasking and administrative skills are a must
  • Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
