  • Qualifications :

    What are we looking for?Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.

    Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader / Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

    Some of the responsibilities include : To ensure that the guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times and to report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.

    Awareness of hotel activities and a proper handover of the pending points for next shift’s follow up and action is crucial.

    To assist the Outlet Manager in managing the outlet as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in consistency with Grand Hyatt Doha and Hyatt International Standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Food & Beverage operation and administration.

    General responsibilities are to maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times, to maintain a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues and all other departments.

    Full support to Supervisors and team is essential, for any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that are assigned.

    Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel and Villas also cater off-site and hence you might be required to work at one of the locations.
