You will be responsible for hitting annual targets building relationships with distributors across Indirect channels distribution and Key AccountsYou will Lead and developMass Market Sales and Distribution channels appointing new channel partners and formulate their business plans to increase business volume and share of wallet of the assigned distributors and resellersMaximize net acquired revenue in all sales channelsWork closely with colleagues on crossterritory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studiesYou will develop sales staff by recruiting selecting orienting and training employeesCounselling and disciplining employees planning monitoring and appraising job results.
