Translate the Global CommercialStrategy into strategic objectives for each point of sale,Distribution Channel and Customer segment.
Support delivery of strategic innovation including newcommercial solutions, products and analytics with the purpose ofincreasing penetration in existing customer segments and / ordeveloping new ones.
Identify, plan andimplement sales process improvement projects by definingimprovement targets and measuring the results.
