We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.About Your Job : In this role, you will be responsible for leading commercial projects and marketing campaigns including new destinations and partnerships lead by Head Office Commercial Marketing Team at a global and regional level.
You will ensure integration of marketing campaigns across assigned regions and act as a liaison between Head Office Marketing and Regional Marketing Managers, ensuring deployment of set Head Office Commercial Marketing policies and strategies.
Specific accountabilities include : Communicating with key internal stakeholders to ensure that all respective marketing campaigns for assigned regions are fully integrated across the businessLeading projects with IT to create workflows and automation of process such as MABsWorking closely with Head Office Brand, Research and Creative teams to support regional teams ensuring brand consistency across the regionsLeading Commercial Projects assigned by the department head to support the business and commercial initiative, which directly attributes to Revenue and achieving targetsConducting weekly and monthly reviews with regions for performance analysis and planning to ensure Global regional marketing plans are approved by Head Office Marketing and are in process as definedAbout You : To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant Bachelors degree combined with at least seven years of experience in marketing or advertising, client service and campaign management.
You will need proven writing, editing and proofreading skills with an ability to convey complex ideas in an engaging and unambiguous manner.
Strong project management, research and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and integrate information from varied sources is also required.
