We have a unique and exceptional role based on-site with our client in Doha, Qatar. We have been working with this client for several years, helping them drive value from their own Set Top Box data.

Working with data from multiple markets in the MENA region, this role will interact regularly with Nielsen International TV team to support this project and our client, one of the world’s major Sports broadcasters.

As such, we are looking for a Client Business Partner to project manage and ensure superlative delivery across all key stakeholder needs.

We help our clients understand and drive the success of their business, we aim to always delight them, to go above and beyond.

As such we are looking for those important traits in you.

Our role with our client is to model their data into usable TV audience measurement. Our client uses the modeled data to understand their audiences, their channels, and their programming across markets, with the ultimate goal of making data led strategic decisions that will positively impact their business.

The role will involve working closely with Nielsen internal TV Operations teams to ensure the data extraction, delivery and modeling is applied daily and correctly.

You will also be working closely with the client’s Operations teams to ensure we are receiving the correct daily data and to stay ahead of any new content or technology changes the client makes.

The role is embedded directly with the Sales and Research teams, so that there is a constant exchange of insights and reporting into key stakeholders.


The role requires a self-starter who has significant experience of working with TV data and understands the complexities of delivering robust daily data.

With a keen eye for detail, the ideal candidate will be confident in dealing with all departments and levels of seniority, and able to manage the client relationship, project execution, and daily deliverables with self-sufficiency.

The Role :

  • Dliver best in class actionable insights through high quality and strategic reporting
  • Work as part of an international high performing team, as well as being very comfortable working independently
  • Sit on-site and consult with the client as our Nielsen representative
  • Provide high quality client service and develop long term, positive relationship with the client
  • Provide a senior presence at the client with ultimate responsibility for the quality of service provided and insight created
  • Add value to the client by providing advice, consultancy and a high level of interpretation and direction, where appropriate
  • Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of the project
  • Look for ways to enhance the project and data quality in a way that deepens Nielsen’s relationship and brings added value to the client.
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

    To be successful in this position you will need (not in order of importance) :

  • To be a self-starter
  • Knowledge and interest in media
  • A background in TV measurement and data (knowledge of Return Path Data as well is useful)
  • A genuine passion and curiosity for research and data
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate it into a story with impactful and actionable insights
  • Excellent project management, organisational and time management skills
  • Strong at building relationships both internally and externally, ability to network across functions and seniority both internally and externally
  • Confidence in presenting internally and externally and excellent interpersonal skills
  • To be literate and proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (incl. pivot tables); Google Sheets, Slides, drives etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • To be educated to degree level (or equivalent) 2.1 in a business discipline or equivalent relevant experience
  • Relocation will be required for this role to Doha, Qatar and the company will support the successful candidate in relocation.
