Perform routine / complex preventative maintenance work and / or corrective activities for all system components that comprise the Honeywell TPS, Experion, Fail-
safe Controller (FSC) and Safety Manager (SM) systems
Ability to lead complex solving issues under pressure situation on site on Experion, TPS & FSC / SM systems.
Co-ordination between customer and Technical Assistance Center team to resolve the issues in time, & drive customer happiness.
Ability to influence Internal / External partners. A clear effective communicator who can convert customer problems into actionable items & drive it to closure.
Work with Qatar services team & drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Perform the small modification projects and services at assigned customer location
Responsible for all activities pertaining to the requesting, accepting and closing of permits to work (inclusive of performing risk assessment and site impact analysis, peer reviews ensuring the necessary approvals and controls are in place before work proceeds and that the implementers are aware of the limits and restrictions of permits)
Raise the necessary Service Requests (SR) with the relevant Honeywell Technical Assistance Centre and follow issue through to resolution
Raise any SR issues considered to have either a serious impact or political impact to the Site Services Field Service Manager
Maintain dedicated business relationship with customer in supporting the Honeywell install base
On Call support for site issues, resolution to be provided within resolution time in contract
Support site start-up and commissioning activities working closely with operations
Responsible to deliver support services as per contract scope
Enforce to all Honeywell GSM processes, Honeywell business code of conduct
Ensure consistency Honeywell / Customer safety procedures & matrix activities as per assigned AOP.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor of Engineering Degree qualified in an engineering field
Experience of working with live plant equipment in an operational environment (including online work)
Min 5-7 years of Experience in meaningful field, preferred on Honeywell systems.
Experience with various Experion PKS and TPS operating, configuration and troubleshooting displays and tools to identify and rectify faults
Working knowledge of Honeywell TPS & FSC / SM system.
Virtualization knowledge, VM certification, worked on Honeywell virtual infrastructure.
Networking knowledge awareness of Honeywell FTE will be added advantage
Basic process control techniques and control strategy implementation
Excellent analytical skills, strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
