As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for creating a sales plan for the assigned region and providing World Class Service to Customers through a pro-active sales focus for the assigned region.

Manage all Sales based activities within the region and be responsible for the implementation of the sales business plan.

Key accountabilities :

  • Accountable for the strategic direction of DQ Sales and define the optimal way to increase sales by providing ideas and recommendations for products and packages.
  • Identify opportunities that contribute to achieve / exceed the targeted DQ commercial revenue.

  • Deliver & exceed set revenue targets and execute sales activities according to the marketing plan.
  • Prepare commercial offers, contracts and presentations for prospects / clients.

    Qualifications

    We are seeking someone with the following experience :

  • Relevant College or University qualification to a minimum of a Bachelor’s level
  • Minimum 7 years of job related experience
  • Experience working in a global DMC or global airline
  • A strong background dealing with hotel sales for corporate accounts.
  • Experience managing a high performing team
  • Analytical skills to understand sales trends to identify opportunities
