Job Essential :

Educated at least at high school level.

Work experience of minimum 3 years in a similar role. >

Excellent knowledge of suppliers within the given market. >

Ability to demonstrate costing skills. >

Fluent communication skills in English. >

Good negotiation skills. >

Ability to plan and take timely and effective decisions. >

Knowledge in MS Office. Key Duties : >

Assist the purchasing manager in ensuring that the restaurants’ purchasing needs and requests are processed in a timely and effective manner. >

Administers process of purchasing for the purpose of securing items and / or services within budget and in compliance with regulatory requirements. >

Compiles data and quotations from a wide variety of sources for getting the right price for the best quality. >

Ensuring compliance with a wide variety of purchasing policies and procedures. >

Monitoring purchasing processes. >

Create LPOs. >

Manage warehousing, stock in and out. >

Maintains purchasing information, files and records to ensure accurate documentation and filing processes at all times. >

Responds to inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources for the purpose of providing information, direction and appropriate referrals.
