Conducts andparticipates in technical compliance audits on all ongoingmaintenance activities enforcing contractual compliance by theFacility Management (FM) providers.

Monitorsand inspects planned and reactive maintenance works for complianceagainst contract requirements and best practice FM servicedelivery.

Ensure the effectiveness of theClient agreed Site Inspection Procedures are to theclient's satisfaction.
