  • Research market, identify eventopportunities and generate interest.
  • Identifythe client’s requirements and expectations for eachevent.
  • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, andstakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everythingis in order.
  • Organize facilities and manageall event’s details such as decor, catering,entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, specialguests, equipment, promotional material etc.
  • Plan event with attention to financial and timeconstraints.
  • Book venues, entertainers,photographers, and schedule speakers.
  • Cooperate with marketing to promote and publicizeevent.
  • Conduct market research, gatherinformation and negotiate contracts prior to closing anydeals.
  • Conduct final inspections before theevent to ensure everything adheres to the client’sstandards.
  • Oversee event happenings and actquickly to resolve problems.
  • Evaluateevent’s success and submit reports.
  • Propose ideas to improve provided services and eventquality.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance,legal, health and safety obligations.
  • Conductpre- and post event evaluations and report onoutcomes.
