  • Assist the Retail Store Managerin planning and implementing strategies to attractcustomers
  • Coordinate daily customer serviceoperations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly andannual objectives
  • Monitor and maintain storeinventory
  • Evaluate employee performance andidentify hiring and training needs
  • Superviseand motivate staff to perform their best
  • Coachand support new and existing Sales Associates
  • Monitor retail operating costs, budgets andresources
  • Suggest sales training programs andtechniques
  • Communicate with clients andevaluate their needs
  • Analyze consumer behaviorand adjust product positioning
  • Handlecomplaints from customers
  • Research emergingproducts and use information to update the store’smerchandise
  • Create reports, analyze andinterpret retail data, like revenues, expenses andcompetition
  • Conduct regular audits to ensurethe store is functionable and presentable
  • Makesure all employees adhere to company’s policies andguidelines
  • Act as our store’srepresentative and set an example for our staff
