About your role : you will be responsible for directing, managing and coordinating logistics, warehousing, transportation and customer service activities.
Lead and direct planning for logistics and customer services for Sports corner stores across GCC
Determine an optimum product mix by considering Market Research, Customer Feedback Review; Feedback from Stores; Geographical sports preference;
Historical product movement data etc.
Prepare and propose discounts, offers and promotions on slow-moving items and to be approved by Concept Manager.
Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, following departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete material and reducing aging materials.
Suggest methods and procedures for scheduling of materials from suppliers / clients so as to meet customer demand and minimizing cost impacts to Blue Group.
Identify new brands / products to be added in the product line or need for removal existing brands / products.
Prepare proposal for addition or cancellation of Brand / Product highlighting the businessjustifications and resultant impact on sales revenue.
Prepare the Yearly Sales Forecasts per brand
Place the Seasonal orders for brands and follow up deliveries with SCS.
Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, reviewing of performance parameters and providing feedback to the team members.
