  • Act as the front face of theOrganization and the key point of contact for the assigned set ofcustomers.
  • Develop trusted advisorrelationships with key accounts, customer and other stakeholders
  • Ensure clients are satisfied andservice level agreements are met
  • Ensureregular review are conducted to gauge the overall health of theaccount and recommend measures for improvement
  • Ensure Organic growth and revenue and profitability ismaintained for each of the Accounts assigned
  • Ensure regular meetings with clients to build relationships withexisting accounts
  • Working closely with theInternal Sales and Marketing Team
  • Act as anescalation point for the customers and ensure customer concerns areaddressed on time
  • Conduct clientsatisfaction surveys and reviews and recommend remedial actions forimprovements
  • Monitoring Account performanceagainst service level agreements and flagging potentialissues
  • Update internal stake holders on allthe updates and inputs from the Customer
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs arefulfilled effectively
  • Maintain requiredreports and MIS for all the accounts and provide required insightsto the internal team
