We envisage success in this role toinclude;
Attending to Inspection Requests(IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriateaction in a timely manner.
Reviewingsubmitted shop drawings against contract drawings andspecifications, local codes and statutory requirements andinternational best practice.
Reporting anyworks carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance withapproved drawing and specifications and report to stakeholders forappropriate action.
Monitoring quality ofworks and assess the safety at site including health andenvironmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCSspecifications and safety and health risk assessments.
Maintaining records for daily activities on siteincluding progress photos and ensure they are readily available forinspection as and when required.
Preparingsurveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site andnonconformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the developmentof events.
Checking and ensuring effectiveco-ordination between discipline related works and all otherdisciplines.
Providing technical input andexperiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site thatmay arise.
