Job Description

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are :

  • Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) : Design and implementation of ERM framework, ERM maturity assessment, alignment of risk and strategy, risk culture diagnostic, ERM tool implementation
  • Credit and operational risk models : Credit risk model design and validation, design and implementation of operational risk management framework.
  • Business Strategy : Developing business plans for setting up new ventures / launching new services, formulating strategy for business performance and transformation
  • Operations Consulting : Defining target operating models, performance improvement, assessing effectiveness of operating models and frameworks
  • Technology : Preparing technology roadmaps
  • Credit risk model design and validation for a leading bank in India
  • Developed risk criteria matrix as part of the overall risk management.
  • Desired Profile

  • 3 plus above years of experiences in leading consulting firm.
  • Chartered Accountant preferably or MBA Finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, project management and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills. Excellent delivery skills and technical knowledge.
  • Able to multi-task, enjoys travelling and meeting new people. Open to travel as necessary to meet client requirements.

  • High energy individual possessing excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Adept at preparing and presenting to senior audiences.
  • Demonstrates excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in times of high stress.
  • Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required.
  • Excellent time management skills. Must have ability to multi-task.
  • Regular reading habit to stay abreast of developments in business thought leadership and exhibits high level of confidentiality vis vis client operations
  • Enjoys travelling and meeting new people. Flexibility to travel, and work in, other locations is essential.

    Selected personnel will be based out our Qatar office.
