Role Description : To lead the brand development and marketing functions of the organization together with its subsidiaries.
To build, maintain and nurture strong brand equity for for the organization and to provide marketing / branding support for individual subsidiaries in the group.
Work Description Directs, presents, monitors and enhances the brand equity across multiple brand touch points : Prints collaterals, credentials, corporate presentation, design of work space, management of social media, website, external signage, PR, media coverage, event branding, visible endorsement of of the organization and all its subsidiaries, etc.
Leads corporate communications for both internal and external clients. Externally with stakeholders and business entities, PR and media.
Internally through the creation of communication tools and engaging the internal community. Provides strategic marketing and brand development to all companies in the group : develops new brand entities, collaterals, profiles, web sites, social media sites, rolls out the brand applications, credentials, etc.
Business Development : Plays an active role in prospecting for new businesses, communication, market research, develops business plans together with finance team to obtain business deals, negotiates the terms of business, reviews agreements together with legal teams, prepares pre- qualification documents in order to close business deals.
Brand consistency and critical data bases. Monitors the system of document control to ensure brand consistency. Updates key data bases such as contacts of all departments, media, suppliers, etc.
Maintains updated grading of suppliers and records of all specifications, prices, etc. Budgeting, planning, monitoring, reporting and tracking departmental progress.
Develops annual marketing plans and budget. Real estate background is a must. Bachelor's degree preferably with Master's Degree Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Must have a pleasing personality with native Arabic and Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken With working knowledge on the key sectors in the group and how they function would be an advantage- restaurants, real estate, engineering, trading, etc.
Must have the demonstrated ability to apply concepts, learning's to different situations and conditions Must be flexible, adaptive with the ability to connect the dots, has perseverance and could leverage the resources, contacts and experience to benefit the organization.
