Maintains database items of the storeroom.Evaluates the condition of any soft pack items and furniture provided.Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks such as preparing agendas and minutes of meetings held with housing landlords / property consultants and other documents as required ensuring that confidentiality is maintained in all transactionsWorks with the HR Team to anticipate the need for Company accommodation programsSources new accommodation for current and new staff as per Company policyEnsures that confidentiality is maintained at all timesArranges Welcome packs for new arrivals which include perishable goods.
