DohaPermanentJob Summary : We are looking for an active and self-motivated Application Support Administrator to join our fast-

growing team. The job holder should possess both business skills and technical IT knowledge to manage multiple high-level tasks.

The incumbent should demonstrate excellent experience of Microsoft SQL database and ERP application especially in Microsoft dynamics AX.

Furthermore, he will support the IT manager to contribute to Al Khor Holding overall IT needs and improve business performance and strategy.

The right candidate should be detail-oriented and problem-solving person with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities : Play a key role as an applications technical expert and system administrator.Manage jobs by viewing and cancelling running jobs and optimizing jobs scheduling.

Manage roles by creating, viewing, modifying, and deleting role definitions.Manage report server properties by viewing and modifying properties that apply to the report server and to items that the report server manages.

Manage shared schedules - Create, view, modify, and delete shared schedules that are used to run or refresh reportsManage report server security -

View and modify system-wide role assignments.Collaborate with developers, integrators, and business partners for system enhancements / upgradesIdentify continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems and processesDevelop a strong working knowledge of the functional design of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform across all transactional modulesProvide on-

call high priority technical support as necessary and actively participate in problem resolutions and coordination with Level 1 support.

Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve Finance and Operations ERP issues.Maintain documentation of new processes and system implementations.

Provide general knowledge sharing with the teamOther IT-related operations, administration and maintenance functions, as required.

Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical job experienceAt least 3 years Strong prior experience using the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
