Position Summary : Working under thedirection of the Senior Education Specialist with the Division ofMedical Education, this role support the WCM-Q accreditationprocess and procedures.
The incumbent is responsible for a widevariety of tasks and projects that require a high degree ofprofessionalism and use of judgment.
This role is also expected towork fairly autonomously, and be able to problem-solve and handlead hoc business requests as required.
This is a fixed term 6-monthposition with flexible work hours of approximately 5 hours perday.Job ResponsibilitiesCollects, collates, analyzes anddistributes information related to the accreditationproject.
Organizes appointments, group meetings and conferencecalls.As required, compiles and distributes agendas and materials,and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
Providesword-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software services,including drafting routine correspondence, and collates informationand prepares, formats and proof-reads reports for ad hoc projectsas required.
Prepares itineraries and coordinates the arrangementsas requested.Maintains strict confidentiality and security of alldocumentation, particularly that pertaining to students, facultyand staff.
