Responsibilities :

  • Respond to internal and external HR relatedinquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Redirect HR related calls or distributecorrespondence to the appropriate person of the team.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data(payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) inboth paper and system and ensure all employment requirements aremet.
  • Liaise with other departments orfunctions (payroll, benefits etc.)
  • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, HR events etc. and maintainthe team's agenda.
  • Coordinatetraining sessions and seminars if required.
  • Prepare all pre-joining documentation andupdate ERM.
  • Assist in orientations,onboarding, and update records with new hires.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HRactivity.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HRprojects, like collection of employee feedback.
  • Support other functions asassigned.
