In this job you will
Own and deliver the Small Business in the territory to handle the agreed achievements and timescales and to ensure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
Deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits and pipeline development reports in your territory.
Develop, lead and orchestrate the Cisco Small Business, customers and partners in-country to drive profitable growth, set and achieve stretch profit and revenue growth targets
You are developing and cultivating positive relationships with key decision makers in the market and partners contacts, including ecosystem partners.
You will sell business outcomes to customers and drive customer success
You take a role driving Cisco portfolio for Commercial / Small Business Sector sales vertical for your territory region.
You are Planning and orchestrating on both cisco-led and partner-led Small Business activities in collaboration with Marketing, Distribution, and Partner Organization at region level
Knowledge, Confidence, Risk Invest heavily in developing yourself and the teams to beat competition

You will bring,
You should bring around 5 years of overall successful sales experience in a dynamic IT, Software, Services and Solution business.
Ideally in the Segment of Small Business.
next generation" collaborative leadership experience in high-performance, entrepreneurial and dynamic growing technology business.
You will think strategically about the business and have an in-depth knowledge of distribution, partner businesses and marketing to improve impact and growth in your segment and region.
You are a strategic planner to achieve success in Small Business for hardware or software, or ideally both and articulate and deliver business value to both internal and external partners.
Validated strong collaboration and influence skills with assigned regions, peers, partners and customers
Consistent track record of team selling approach, comfortable applying business insight and financial expertise to identify & qualify selling opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication and strong negotiation skills to engage internal resources.
Write and speak English fluently.
Experience working with dotted teams.
