Our Client is currently looking for an Interface & Execution Brownfield Lead

Working Schedule / Work hours per day : 10 hours / day

Work Days per Week : 5 days / week

Work day per Month : 22 days / month

Work Location : Qatar Onshore / Offshore temporary

Estimated Start date : Mar 2019

Estimated End Date : 30-Apr-22

Job Purpose

  • Brownfield Lead Interface and Execution Team in HSE principles and life saving rules. the five pillars of delivery, supported by KPI's in line with COMPANY goals
  • To safely and efficiently lead and direct activities of the Brownfield project, in line with organizational and business objectives, targets and plans.
  • To drive and accident free environment, maintaining a strong safety culture, compliance with HSE principles and Life Saving Rules
  • To lead and mentor Brownfield Project Execution Team members and contribute to the development and implementation of processes, tool and working methods for continuous improvement.
  • To deliver Brownfield Project on time under the COMPANY Project Management System, to budget and to the required level of quality.
  • Attend workshops, shutdown gates, document reviews, formal risk assessments, deliverables to support project execution.
  • Key Job Accountabilities

  • To drive visible leadership in team and others of COMPANY Safety, Health and Environmental Policy and respect to individuals
  • To deliver project phase requirements, milestones as defined in schedule in line with COMPANY Management System
  • Development and mentoring of staff, support of IDP requirements
  • Reviewing and input to project scope of work, strategies, execution plan, constructing strategies, etc.
  • Interface coordination with various parties such as Company, Contractor, Sub-Contractors, MWS (Marine warranty service) agencies and Hook-
  • up / Commissioning Teams

  • Support engineering deliverables, resolving engineering and construction issues
  • To review, input to tool-box talks, JSA's and record progress in an auditable manner.
  • Input to engineering, construction and installation methodology, plan and resources for safe installation of scope of work
  • Input to overall Project Schedules, Cost Control and progress monitoring and expediting of third parties and identify 'choke' points (Issues)
  • To review Contractor's progress reports related to all works, highlighting critical problems, drifts and dysfunctions if any to inform the Head of Brownfield Project execution.
  • Participation in finalization of Contracts, scopes and interface related matters (contract boundaries etc)
  • Support Management of Change by issuing required project changes as per Company P&P and support COMPANY KPI's
  • Qualifications :

  • Engineering Degree with more than 15 years experience in O&G facility design, construction, project management or operations.
  • Knowledge and Experience

  • Technical background with Minimum of 15 years experience in construction of O&G
  • Experience in offshore construction brownfield activities under SIMOPS Conditions.
  • Knowledgeable in HAZOP, HAZID, Risk Assessment processes and applications.
  • Managed multi discipline and multi cultural teams
  • Technical and Business Skills

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Versed in offshore installation methodology.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with several organisational levels.
  • Deliver in a schedule driven project / environment.
