POSITION SUMMARY

The CAC Manager is responsible for the day to day management andoperation of multiple lounges, community activities centers (CAC), learningresource center, media center and theaters 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Servicesprovided include but are not limited to, specialevents / marketing / entertainment, games, cultural tours and day trips, bicycleprogram, desk operations, facility & equipment management and basic repair,and other supporting activities as specified in the Performance Work Statement.

The CAC Manager reports to the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.

MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES :

1.Responsible for the management, execution, andpersonnel supervision of the lounges, community activity centers, learningresource centers, media centers, theaters, bicycle program, marketing, tripsand tours and entertainment as specified in the Performance Work Statement.

2.Responsible for communicating and upholding companystandards, leading by example, working as a team and providing clean, friendlyand well-maintained recreation centers.

3.Prepares reports, enforces safety and performancestandards.

4.Shall plan and create a 90-day activities calendarin conjunction with base leadership and Marketing and execute all monthlyactivities.

5.Responsible for the maintenance and condition ofthe equipment in the facility. Shall establish and maintain procedures fortracking and issuing CAC equipment to guests.

6.Create and maintain the recreation services 5-yearequipment plan.

7.Shall establish and maintain appropriate inventorylevels and complete weekly inventory of all equipment and supplies.

8.Research and submit Form 9s to acquire equipmentand / or materials.

9.Responsible for monitoring other country nationalsin accordance with AFCENTI 32-1002 and obtain escort badge.

10.Shallensure bottled water is transported and stocked in the proper refrigerationunits for guests.

11.Shallanswer customer feedback in various forms and address comments in a timely,professional manner.

12.Shall ensureset up and breakdown of Government furnished equipment such as tables, chairs,music system, ice chests, stages, etc.

according to PWS standards.

13.Responsiblefor maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professionalatmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities andareas.

14.Responsiblefor maintaining a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented trainingprogram.

15.Responsiblefor proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractorprovided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment andtools).

16.Responsiblefor precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accuratecompletion of timesheet.

17.Shallperform as supplemental personnel as needed for all Installation Servicefunctional areas .

18.Performsother duties as assigned.

MATERIAL & EQUIPMENTDIRECTLY USED :

This role routinely uses standard office equipmentsuch as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT :

Work will be primarily indoors, but may be outdoorsto support various events. Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals mayoccur.

Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractualneeds.Employee must comply with allFederal, State and Local regulations and published Company work rules as wellas written instructions.

Task specific work environment training will beprovided as required . Must beprepared to function in a wartime environment to support U.

S. interests.100% Overseas Assignment.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES :

Physical requirements may include lifting up to 35lbs,team lifting 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, and standing, stooping,stretching or bending.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Education / Certifications : One year related experience may be substituted forone year of education, if degree is required.

Must have a High school diploma or equivalent,Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Mustbe a U.S. Citizen with a current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver’sLicense.

Must have an international driver's license andcapability of obtaining an Air Force flight line driver’s license and capable ofdriving a manual transmission, CDLA and forklift experience preferred.

Musthave and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearanceprior to deployment.

Mustbe able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.

Mustbe able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements thatinclude psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.

Candidates must successfully complete both onlineand hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear)defensetraining.

Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD providedprotective gear.

Experience :

A minimum of three years of experience in customerservice management and operations. Management experience to include : performance management of employees, completed required reports, and excellentcustomer satisfaction results.

Knowledgeable in Golden Eagle Standards andTri-Service Food code.

Knowledgeable of Air Force procurement processes

Experience with Military Leadership

Prior Military experience preferred

Previous experience in Air Force Support Servicesfield or Dept. / Section experience preferred

Skills :

Great communication, teamwork, decision making, andcustomer service skills.

Capable of operating audio and visual equipment.

Must be skilled with Microsoft programs such as Excel,Word, Power Point and Outlook.

Ableand willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirements

Military experience in a contingency environmentand knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred.
