About the Job :

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Logistics Administrator DOMASCO Doha, Qatar .

The main duties within the role include the following :

  • Handling Suppliers starting from collecting quotations up to placing purchase orders and payments.
  • Handling consignments by communicating to the principals, suppliers, shipping agents and clearance agents.
  • Preparing the consignments' estimation.
  • Processing the uploading of the new consignments on system.
  • Tracking down the procurement records and updating the sales team monthly.
  • Handling Drivers' Schedule.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Handling the logistics related to the inventory.
  • About You :

  • To be successful in winning this role, you must possess below attributes;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
