Doha1. Answer the customer's Inquiries (Calls & Live Chat).2. Solving the customer complaints.3. Escalating the complaints to the manager4.

Replying the emails from the customers through info email.5. Checking the address for the customers.6. Communicating with Operations team to solve customer’s complaints.

7. Giving the customer sessions on how to place orders on the application.8. Updating tickets for each single call & chat received.

9. Updating missing items charges on the system.10. Following up the orders (Payment & Received & Ready. Etc) with the restaurants.

11. Passing the complaints from the customers to restaurants.12. Updating the cancellation sheet with refunds and bad order cases.

13. Coordinating with the other departments to maintain Snoonu reputation with proper answers to customers (Sales team, Marketing, OPTS.

  • etc.)14. Handling Delivered By Partner Orders Issues.15. Escalate Major issues to the Manager,16. Any other tasks assigned by Customer Service Manager.Job Type : Full-time
