  • Plan along with top Management and all business heads,the annual training budget for the organization
  • Develop and maintain relationship with business heads tounderstand their training and development requirements and plantraining calendar accordingly
  • Ensureidentification and analysis of training needs in coordination withother functional and category managers
  • Provide performance consulting to business on ways to improveexisting processes and introduce new processes
  • Create a knowledge repository with information aroundrelevant management books, online courses and white papers
  • Ensure all concept specific training is auditedand quality checked by the corporate Learning & Developmentteam
  • Ensure standardization, relevance,cross pollination of training across concepts
  • Establish an effective training feedback mechanism aimedat continuous improvement of learning & development processat our clients place.
  • Evaluate trainingcontent, trainers, methods employed, etc. in an objective mannerand undertake improvement actions, wherever needed
  • Skills :

  • StrongInterviewing
  • Strong Leadership
  • Knowledge of e-recruitment platforms
  • Experience :

  • 15-17 years of experience inHuman Resources.
  • At least 10 years ofexperience in Learning &Development.
