About Job :
As a you will provide administrative support to the Qatar Airways Cabin Crew Recruitment team in timely on-boarding of the selected candidates.
You will communicate and co-ordinate AB-Initio intake plans by providing weekly updates to all stakeholder departments to exchange relevant candidate information and documentations prior to on boarding.
You will be responsible to update Recruitment Tools with all the relevant information about Cabin Crew candidate and provide suggestions on how to enhance the current systems to increase efficiency and streamline the recruitment process.
About You : You should have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience.
Exposure to the HR Systems is essential. Have excellent command of English, both spoken and written, high level of interpersonal skills and high level of computer literacy.
