Role Purpose :
Jobs at this levelare responsible for the overall management of Planning, Cost,Control and budgeting activities across all projects, utilisingtheir broad knowledge and experience to oversee project-monitoringsystems and ensure that all work progress is in line with agreedplan.
This level has significant input onthe planning and organisational issues across all projects andcorporate activities.
Manage the planning and cost controlservices and resources to support the execution of projectactivities, ensuring all work packs are distributed to respectiveleaders, and report all aspects of project status to Seniormanagement
Effective utilisation of departmentalresources
Accurate reporting on schedules and costfor all projects
Provide technical input andassistance at the tender stage by reviewing and compiling relevantdata to ensure cost and lead times are realistic andachievable
Accurate and realistic tenders submittedto deadline
Commercially competitive tenders
Review and assess necessary documents and reports for thepreparation of Construction Schedule, Chart of Accounts andsubsequent Project Budget to the level of detail deemedappropriate
