Provides annual assessment andrecommendations for Screening Cell operations based on Camppopulation and requirements.
Assesses complex short and long-range goals and how toappropriately communicate them as part of the Public Affairsstrategy.
Plans and coordinates the implementation of processes,improvement methods and concepts as part of the unit Public Affairsplan.
Develops andimplements strategies to solve possible public affairs problems.Makes recommendations to leadership regarding the dissemination ofinformation to correct misconceptions and enhance public andemployee understanding.
Planning, managing and implementing communicationsstrategies for visible programs and projects by considering suchitems as specific topics or aspects to emphasize the mosteffective, appropriate, and expeditious media to use incommunicating with intended audiences.
Planning and managing thepublications of electronic newsletters.
Plan / research, prepare, synchronize, execute,and assess communication efforts, simultaneously nesting messagesacross all spectrums and multiple mediums to multiple audiences inorder to establish the conditions that lead to trust and confidencein support of the ASG-QA Command and its mission.
Responsible to provide managementand accountable oversight for a variety of specialized Augmentationpositions.
Responsiblefor the direction, performance, and appraisals of the personnelassigned to the Staff Augmentation Department.
Develops training plans andschedules IAW with SOPs and PWS for all Staff Augmentationareas.
Develops, writesand implements internal operating procedures for all StaffAugmentation areas to assure compliance with all contractualrequirements and commitments.
Writes and develops process improvements IAW Lean SixSigma initiatives
Develops and manages department policies and procedures tomaintain compliance with Vectrus Quality Objectives.
Develops and maintains workinstructions and continuity binders for all Staff Augmentationareas.
Provides QualityAssurance for all areas within department. Works closely withembedded auditors to identify deficiencies in processes and developimprovements.
