What you will be doing :

  • Is a member of the hotel's executive office, andworks cross-departmentally with all departments.
  • Reporting directly to the General Manager and providingadministrative and technical support for all his correspondence,schedule, meetings, reports, etc.
  • Keepingmeticulous records of all key correspondence / files / projectsrelated to the pre-opening, departmental projects, or any othertask assigned by the GM.
  • Maintainprofessionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials andmatters related to the GM or his correspondence.
  • Partaking in meetings when required, taking minutes,preparing reports and / or presentations as requested.
  • Able to work independently and plan your own dayefficiently around the GM s schedule to initiate self-projects andconstantly aim to improve daily processes.
  • Strongly familiar with technology setting up and assisting withvirtual meetings, managing online accounts, mobile apps, etc.
  • Has a perfect understanding and clear vision ofthe brand's guest promise, is exemplary in their manner andbehaviour.
  • In collaboration with the headsof department, develops processes and defines or adjustsoperational actions enabling the hotel to deliver a product andservice that matches the guest promise as closely aspossible
