Oversees random inspections to ensure that the standards are met. >
Conducts planned visits to ensure cleaning activities are performed as per plans. >
Manages the cleaning and pest control staff. >
Ensure that the right people are placed in the right jobs and necessary training is provided.
Provides timely inputs on an annual basis for workforce planning. >
Work with the HR function to ensure that all vacancies are filled >
Conducts performance appraisals for direct reports.
