Job Summary

In-charge in the Corporate Finance function. The incumbent will manages the development of valuation, financial and strategic analysis.

He / she leads the advisory Merger & Acquisition including buy-side, sell-side and capital raising.

Job Responsibilities 1

Principal Accountabilities

  • Defines appropriate capital structures for business arrangements while keeping in mind the business needs, risk management taxation, accounting, and legal / policy requirements
  • Management of the due diligence process
  • Consolidate Cluster and Group Business Plans.
  • Own and distribute Model and Templates
  • Create suggested list of top bottom KPI's

  • Plays a strategic role in the implementation of the business’s financial strategies and projects across the business.
  • Provides management and shareholder teams on a large set of financial matter such as merger and acquisition initiatives, potential opportunities, and financial due diligence.
  • Works closely with the corporate finance management and key stakeholders in long-term strategy formation, revenue budget setting processes, and the identification of new opportunities for the business.
  • Conducts regular reviews of the master budget, called budget variance analyses, to determine if any changes should be made based on the actual performance of the company vs.
  • its financial projections.

  • Develops and maintains consumer relationships in order to gain valuable insights on financial matters that affect the business’s performance.
  • Identifies revenue generation opportunities for the business by identifying potential clients and investors
  • Manages the key transaction workstreams including direct liaison with key client stakeholders and external vendors / bidders
  • Ensures monthly reconciliation of all accounting sub-systems, and conducts balance sheet analyses and reconciliations.
  • Review the monthly investment schedule reconciliations.

    Job Knowledge & Skills

  • In-depth knowledge and detailed insights of IFRS and regulatory requirements
  • Exposure to relevant transactions through Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Project Finance
  • Well-developed understanding of business fundamentals : strategies, operating models, functions
  • Deep Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices
  • Knowledge of appropriate tools, techniques and intellectual capital to address transaction issues
