ResponsibilitiesSales executionWorks closely with Field / District / Regional Sales Manager in executing an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of maximizing BI business in the assigned district to ensure achievement of district sales targets an objectivesPlans and schedules daily visits with existing and potential customers to deliver BI’s assigned core product messageRecords and tracks product sales and customers in his / her regionObtains and records feedback from existing customers on competitors’ product performance and monitors their activityMarketing Collaborates with Product Managers in delivering the product messageKeeps up-
to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and presents and discusses this data with health care professionals during daily visits and / or group presentationsCoordinates with the Marketing Department in planning, organizing and conducting regular Audio Visual (AV) meetings, CME meetings, round table discussions, and business dinners with health professionalsCollaborates with the Marketing department on IMS dataRequests sponsorship for local meetings conducted by Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) as well as other health care professionals in important local and international meetingsStakeholder managementDevelops and maintains relations with sales agents to ensure they assist in promoting and pushing BI productsCoordinates with agents in building and maintaining positive and professional relationships with different customers in his / her region including doctors, pharmacists, purchasers within hospitals / institutions, etcMaintains relations with Finance and Research & Development in providing tools necessary to achieve sales targetsReportingPrepares daily reports on visiting schedules and weekly sales sheet for Management reviewProvides monthly forecasting sheet based on actual SalesPrepares and provides ad hoc reports as requested by senior managementRequirements : Currently working in Qatar with availability of NOC is preferredValid local driver’s license is a plusBachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary MedicineA minimum of 2 -
