SALES AND TARGET -Responsible for Achieving the respective targets and overall sales strategy of assigned area and routes.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT-Ensure the stock level on stores is maintained as per sales. Sales to return is tracked and monitored as per the company norms
MARKET VISIT / STORE CHECK -Monitor / store checks to be done to identify OOS, Slow moving SKus, testers and implement ways to increase the respective sellouts ad sell-ins
PROMOTER MANAGEMENT -Monitor and track the daily promoter s schedules, follow up on sales progress / accomplishments and ensuring the respective issues are escalated to the Managers.
REVIEWS- Conduct weekly meetings with the Manager for feedback on status of sales.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT -Building a strong rapport with the Store Managers / Supervisors for effective and efficient work results.
