  • Schedule services for individualsand large groups using spa / salon reservations softwaresystem.
  • Call guests to confirm scheduledservices. Answer questions about available services.
  • Update the reservations / cancellations list throughout theday, inform providers of last-minute changes, and resolvescheduling issues as needed by working withsupervisor / manager.
  • Check in guests forappointments, confirm first and last name, and provide general spaorientation to guests upon arrival.
  • Promoteand sell spa / salon services. Obtain assigned bank and ensureaccuracy of contracted monies, obtain change required for expectedbusiness level, and keep bank secure at all times.
  • Process guest payments for spa / salon services and obtainpayment authorization as needed.
  • Accept andlog cash tips for employees. Balance, scan, and drop receipts withAccounting. Notify Engineering of maintenance and repairneeds.
