DohaAbout the RoleThis role will be supporting and reporting to the Strategy and Transformation Team and conduct the Transformation Office weekly operations in terms of Delivery and Project Management, Governance, Progress and Status reporting, Risks, Issues, Change management, Business and Market analysis.
It will also require you to help and manage the pipeline of transformation activities, liaising between the Transformation lead and Business Owners, engaging with Sponsors when required and to monitor internal projects through a defined framework ensuring good governance.
Key responsibilities of the roleOperationalConduct consistent, accurate and focused analysis of all aspects of commercial performance in the region in order to identify both emerging performance trends and new opportunities.
Analyse and develop key business studies, market research, proposals, targets, plans in line with the business expectation and market potential to support strategic business planning within the various user departments acorss QR group.
Recommend controls to the Management by identifying problems and suggesting solutions. Implement new improved methods for forecasting the previous / future month’s performance based on statistical methods and improve systems by studying current practices.
Responsibility for the production and distribution of agreed weekly and monthly reporting to assigned business units.Analyse Business Processes and business data critical to forecasting, determining trends and supporting good business decision-making.
To focus on specific parts of the market where particular opportunities exist and to work closely with both Management and user departments to ensure that these opportunities are utilised.
gathering data; evaluating output requirements and formats.Monitor key transformation initaitve project progress by tracking activities, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions to the management.
Support VP Transformation and Enterprise PMO and the team with analytical support in designing and evaluating internal processes using operational metrics and reports and on all other day-to-day activitiesPerform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
ReportingGenerate and maintain a wide array of ad hoc reports involving creating of new processes and programs to support the Tranformation office operations.
Prepare business documents and presentations for higher management and executives using data-gathering to provide an overview of new processes and enhanced procedures for business-wide reporting.

Keep abreast with any market trends and developmentsAssist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries, including support of the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program.
About YouEducation and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experienceJob Specific Skills : Strong command of verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of MS Office : Word, Access, and Power Point and advanced proficiency in Excel.
Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.Strong analytical background, with history of maximizing profitability and productivity.
Proven initiative to develop creative and effective reports.Able to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environments and teams.
Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, and is able to consistently provide reports / analysis with a very high level of accuracy.
