Looking for a Telesales representative with previous experience in the Advertising & Digital Marketing industry who can generate and develop new outbound business opportunities.
Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound colds and emails.
Understanding customer needs and create whatever content you feel is necessary to get a meeting.
Getting qualified opportunities / meetings to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Creating Social Media reports for qualified clients (confirmed meetings).
Creating / improving the cold script for and working on the texts for cold email campaigns.
Job Skills & Requirements
Customer Service Skills : The customer is always right. Inside sales reps will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
Communication Skills : Inside sales reps speak to customers about a product's different features (general info), and answer any questions they might have.
Flexibility : Inside sales reps might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
Persistence : Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a meeting will be key for this job.
Volume : gather as MUCH data as possible.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
At least years of experience in selling creative solutions. Experience in Business PR is a huge plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
