Job Description :
Tackle Sales and Technical matters of Building Materials Products, achieve sales target with specific gross margin and obtain product approvals from Consultants, Clients and Contractors, keeping the best level of customer satisfaction.
Achieving sales target with specific gross margin and expand Mannai’s Market share in Qatari Market.
Generate sales and Empower business of the following Building Material Products :
Scanning the market for identifying and developing clients.
Respond to clients introducing appropriate products, which meet the client’s requirement.
Preparing estimates and quotations, and handling enquiries and tenders.
Follow up material submittals ensuring that they are in compliance with specifications.
Support and assist consultants for efficient and economic product.
Responsible for site visits and follow up installations and subcontractors to ensure smooth running of work.
Obtaining information about competitors’ products and prices.
Attending and solving customer complaints.
While major focus shall be on the products as mentioned in the job purpose, should also be able to promote any new products lines added to division.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Civil Engineering.
Knowledge and experience in the above product portfolio in any of the reputed brands : BITUMAT, DERMABIT, BITUMODE, FOSROC, SIKA, WEBER, ASPEC & OTHERS SIMILAR.
Skills Desired :
Good interpersonal relationship,
Good command on Arabic and English (Spoken & Written)
GCC driving license
Oral and written communication : Express ideas and place suggestions using suitable communication skills (Arabic & English).
Years of Experience Desired :
Minimum 8 years experience in GCC for above products (sales and / or Marketing).
