Key Responsibilities IncludeBut Not Limited To

Working with the Manager - Programme Management thisposition offers a variety of work and will see you involved in thefollowing responsibilities :

  • Ensure the project team have ready access to the latestrevision of project-controlled documents within the documentcontrol system
  • Ensure project deliverables arecompliant with client standards
  • Implementationof Project Document Control Processes
  • Providetraining and support on systems and procedures to projectstakeholders
  • Manage the electronic transfer ofdocuments and data to internal and external clients including thedevelopment and maintenance of document distribution matrices asrequired
  • Manage the review and approval ofproject documentation including expediting activities andreporting
  • Liaise with vendors, fabricators andcontractors on document control matters
  • To Be Successful In This Role You WillPossess

  • Minimum 8years of experience in Document Controlling, preferably in thefield of engineering
  • An understanding ofDocument Control Processes and Expectations.
  • Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and online document managementsystem.
  • Experience with Electronic DocumentManagement systems such as Aconex
  • Preferablywith working experience in INDesign media software or otherAdobe / publishing software.
  • Experience workingwithin a fast paced and diverse environment, providing documentcontrol support for multiple projects / clientssimultaneously
  • Effective communication andclient engagement skills, ability to work in a team andindividually
  • Highly motivated and eager tolearn new systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communications skills in English - written andoral, essential
  • Arabic speaking, reading,writing would be a huge benefit.
