Working with the Manager - Programme Management thisposition offers a variety of work and will see you involved in thefollowing responsibilities :
Ensure the project team have ready access to the latestrevision of project-controlled documents within the documentcontrol system
Ensure project deliverables arecompliant with client standards
Implementationof Project Document Control Processes
Providetraining and support on systems and procedures to projectstakeholders
Manage the electronic transfer ofdocuments and data to internal and external clients including thedevelopment and maintenance of document distribution matrices asrequired
Manage the review and approval ofproject documentation including expediting activities andreporting
Liaise with vendors, fabricators andcontractors on document control matters
To Be Successful In This Role You WillPossess
Minimum 8years of experience in Document Controlling, preferably in thefield of engineering
An understanding ofDocument Control Processes and Expectations.
Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and online document managementsystem.
Experience with Electronic DocumentManagement systems such as Aconex
Preferablywith working experience in INDesign media software or otherAdobe / publishing software.
Experience workingwithin a fast paced and diverse environment, providing documentcontrol support for multiple projects / clientssimultaneously
Effective communication andclient engagement skills, ability to work in a team andindividually
Highly motivated and eager tolearn new systems in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communications skills in English - written andoral, essential
Arabic speaking, reading,writing would be a huge benefit.
