JMJ are looking for a Senior Consultant, based in Doha, Qatar to lead on large, complex Organisational Cultural Change and Organisational Development engagements.
The role of the Senior Consultant is to partner with JMJ clients from the moment of defining the business problem and setting direction for the solution, through to executing the change intervention and evaluating impacts with a clear focus on impact and sustainability at every stage.
This role will lead and shape organisation development solutions and change management projects, including activities such as : diagnosing and assessing the current state of the organisation (including interview / survey assessments), defining key organisation development challenges and potential solutions, designing change management interventions to bring about the intended change.
This will also involve creating and delivering coaching and development workshops for various levels within the client organisation, including management and leadership.
Lead and manage engagements for Organisational Development and High-Performance consulting engagements in large organisations executing the following :
Assess, diagnose and structure client challenges and opportunities to develop fit for purpose consulting solutions
Develop and manage the culture change plan, identifying the risks
Design, deliver and evaluate Organisation Development interventions and workshops including skill-building sessions
Bring structured methodologies, tools and processes for change management that supports the adoption of the organisational changes required
Coach teams and individuals for impact following an agreed plan
Create strong communications plans that support and drive strategic cultural changes
Contribute to business development conversations as a subject matter expert and deliver individual sales
Develop a strong understanding of the client’s organisational cultural dynamics, including how to influence and promote these
Lead the development of high-quality presentations and documents for client engagements and business development
Build trusted and strategic relationships with clients such that they continue to request JMJ’s consulting services and positively influence organisational culture through relationship building and informal networks
Develop suitable client communication strategies, reviewing the plans and delivering reports to the executives
What are we looking for from you
Degree educated essential
Leadership development qualification preferred
Proven track record of consulting and organisational development experience
Experience of leading large-scale, complex Organisation Development / change management interventions to achieve quality outcomes
Proven experience of work in oil and gas, manufacturing, mining, construction, etc.
Previous experience of working in the Middle East and North Africa region with an understanding of its challenges / growth opportunities is desirable
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Arabic language skills, both written and spoken, would be advantageous
