Strongself-directed communication skills, both written and verbal, as youwill have contact with senior-level managers, project managers, andother accountants

  • He knows accounting of projects, MISreports to management, Attend meetings with project owners,
  • Computation knowledge for tenders, Good language andcommanding power essential.
  • Construction and PercentComplete experience preferred, including retention, and cost codes
  • Experience working with subcontractors is highlydesirable. Primary Responsibilities :
  • Weekly processingof construction subcontractor / purchase order invoices in accountingsystem and check distribution
  • Tracking andreconciliation of subcontract agreements, gross billing, retentionwithheld, and net payments with budget numbers
  • Preparemonthly accounts receivable invoices. Monthly reconciliation of allA / R invoices input in accounting system
  • Review andcorrect weekly timesheets for two companies. Input and submitbiweekly payroll through Paylocity
  • Assimilate timesheetdata and prepare monthly Chargeability Reports for three entities
  • Reconcile project costs from project module to generalledger
  • Maintain various Excel reports
  • Provideback up to Staff Accountant for processing accounts payable checksfor all companies
  • Perform all other related work, asassigned or as apparent
